E. WINKEMANN GmbH has been active in the gearbox sector for decades with a wide range of precision stamped and fineblanking parts as well as complete assemblies. Our parts are used in automatic gearboxes, double-clutch gearboxes, CVT gearboxes and manual gearboxes. These products are produced with high levels of precision and take on important functions. For example, specially developed apertures are created with a procedure patented by ourselves which has a major effect on the switching behaviour in the case of sports gearboxes. Our intermediate plates are metallic sealing and do not require any additional sealants.
We can also look back on considerable experience within the field of thrust washers. As well as thrust washers according to client drawings we also develop thrust washers for specific client application requirements and carry out our own fundamental tests to ensure that the development works properly.
