Employees

E. Winkemann employ a total, highly qualified workforce of approx. 300 in the factory and various departments. Particular emphasis is placed on consistent further education, including regular workshops and in-house training. In addition, employees are given the opportunity of participating in external seminars and courses.

Particular emphasis is placed at E. Winkemann on the training of young people with apprenticeship training being offered in the following vocational fields:
